General Return & Exchange Policy

       100% Authentic Products
 All items sold on Balbeni are guaranteed to be brand new and 100% authentic.

      Lamps & Furniture
Lamps and furniture are not eligible for return or refund. They can only be exchanged in case of damage or if a wrong product is delivered.

      Return Coverage
You are eligible for return only if the product is:
damaged
defective
not as described
has quality issues
We offer a no-questions-asked 5-day return policy in such cases.


      Standard Returns (non-defective items)
For returns due to reasons other than damage or defect (e.g., change of mind), both forward & return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

      Return Window
All return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery. After this period, requests will only be handled at our discretion.


Conditions for Return/Exchange

To ensure smooth processing, please make sure:

      Item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

      Item contains original packaging, tags, and accessories

       Balbeni  may conduct a quality check before refund/exchange

      Items failing to meet these criteria will not be accepted and no refund/credit will be issued


Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

We do not accept returns for the following:

      Custom-made / made-to-order products

      Items marked as “Non-returnable”

      Products returned without original packaging/accessories

      Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or incorrect handling

      Items returned in a condition different from originally shipped


Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Email us at help@balbeni.in within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images and a short video showing the issue

  • Our team will assist you with the next steps


How to Initiate a Return

For regular returns, upload one image and a short video of the product in the Return Request section within 1 day of delivery

Refund Process

      Once the item is received and quality verified, store credit will be issued within 24–48 hours

      Store credit acts as online cash and can also be issued as coupon or gift card

      Credit is valid for 1 year and can be used on any future purchase
