General Return & Exchange Policy

All items sold on Balbeni are guaranteed to be brand new and 100% authentic.
● Return Coverage
You are eligible to return an item if it is damaged, defective, not as described, or has any quality issues. We offer a no-questions-asked 7-day return policy for such cases.
● Standard Returns
For returns where the product is not defective or damaged (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the original and return shipping charges.
● Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. After this window, returns will not be accepted unless approved on a case-by-case basis.
Conditions for Returns or Exchanges
To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please follow these conditions:
● Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
● Items must be returned with original packaging, tags, and any included accessories.
● Balbeni reserves the right to conduct a thorough quality check before issuing a refund or processing an exchange. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided.
● Returns that fail to meet the above criteria will not be accepted and no refund or credit will be issued.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
● Custom-made or made-to-order products.
● Items clearly marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page.
● Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories/freebies.
● Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or incorrect handling.
● Items received in a different condition than originally shipped.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing care@balbeni.in.
- Attach clear images and a short video showing the issue.
- Our team will guide you through the next steps.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
● For regular (non-defective) returns, take a clear picture and a short video of the item and upload them in the “Return” section within 1 day of delivery.
● Alternatively, email us at care@balbeni.in with the order number and product details. We’ll assist you with the return process.
Refund Process
● Once your return is received and passes our quality inspection, a store credit will be issued within 24-48 hours.
● This credit acts as online cash in your Balbeni account and can also be sent as a coupon or gift card via email.
● Store credit is valid for 1 year and can be used without restrictions on future purchases.
