At Balbeni, every product is thoughtfully handcrafted and quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we’re here to help.

Important Notice

  • Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery in case of any issue.
  • Requests raised after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Furniture & Lamps (Exchange-Only Policy)

Due to the fragile and handcrafted nature of Furniture and Lamps, we follow an exchange-only policy for these categories.

You are eligible for an exchange only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit, or
  • The wrong product has been delivered

Please note:

  • No returns or refunds are applicable on Furniture & Lamps
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

If the replacement product is out of stock, we will issue a Credit Note:

  • Valid for 1 year from the date of issue
  • Can be used on any future purchase at Balbeni

Other Products (Return / Replacement / Refund)

For products other than Furniture & Lamps:

  • We offer Replacement or Refund within 5 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after quality inspection.


Customized Products

  • Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund
  • This includes custom sizes, colors, designs, or specifications requested by the customer

How to Raise a Request

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear images or videos of the product showing the issue
  • Brief description of the concern

Final Decision

  • All requests are subject to quality check and approval by the Balbeni team
  • Balbeni reserves the right to approve or decline any request based on policy compliance
